Blended Learning – the modern way of imparting knowledge
In so-called Blended Learning, also known as integrated learning, classical classroom courses and modern e-learning methods are combined. This allows the advantages of both models to be combined and the disadvantages, such as the annoying presence for theoretical basics, to be minimized.
This type of learning is particularly suitable for trainings and modern knowledge transfer, since theoretical basics can be combined with practical exercises individually, without the need for additional personnel to be present. As with e-learning, there are various methods for Blended Learning. For example, the proportion of attendance phases and e-learning units can be adapted according to the learning content and the target group.
At SK-ATT you will find individual solutions for this innovative learning method. In our SkillRoom, a mobile training room, we set up, for example, a personalised Blended Learning environment for you in which your employees can independently learn new content. We will be happy to design a training centre for you according to your wishes, which is suitable for specific learning content and your target group.
