Occupational safety is not just a collection of laws and rules – it is about your health! This training course teaches the safe handling of hydraulic systems, in particular hydraulic hose lines, by means of specialist knowledge of hydraulic hose lines and the necessary regulations. The Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) prescribes regular testing of work equipment, which also includes hydraulic hose lines. Their wear and tear can cause damage which can lead to dangerous situations. The inspection may only be carried out by “competent persons”. The seminar gives the participants an overview of the legal regulations and relevant standards and helps them to detect damage to line systems. Measures to reduce damage and downtimes are also included in the seminar, as well as the design, manufacture and use of hydraulic hose lines. By participating in this seminar, participants will be qualified to be appointed by the employer as “Qualified Person” according to BetrSichV, provided that all further requirements are met.
