Pneumatic control technology and failure analysis, part 1

The course teaches a systematic approach in which the cause is narrowed down on the basis of external symptoms. Special emphasis is placed on eliminating the causes of the disorder rather than its symptoms. Furthermore, methods and possibilities for the preventive recognition of problems are taught. Participants acquire and expand their knowledge of systematic fault analysis in systems with pneumatic and electrical components. They know the basic components and their interaction. They are able to make settings and changes in order to optimize procedures and processes. They are able to interpret simple electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams and to work with the displayed components in practice. They also know which causes lead to which faults and how these can be avoided in the future.

Target group:

Skilled workers, master craftsmen, technicians and maintenance engineers who require special knowledge of pneumatic systems in order to carry out their work.
