Hydraulic Engineer
Description:
- Expertise in the function and mode of operation of hydraulic drives has become one of the key factors for economic success for the entire drive technology. On the one hand, energy consumption, reliability and cost-effectiveness are the decision criteria for the end customer when purchasing a machine and, on the other hand, depend heavily on the know-how of the engineers who design and maintain these machines. ATT has set itself the goal of meeting this need for know-how in the companies by training them as specialist engineers. The aim of this in-service training must be to provide engineers already working in these industries with the theoretical knowledge they need to design and optimize fluid power drives effectively. The training builds on the foundation of an engineering education and imparts and expands the knowledge necessary to solve the tasks already known from professional practice.
Target group:
- Engineers from development, technical sales, commissioning and maintenance
- Engineers who design new plants and machines with hydraulic components
Prerequisite for access:
- Completed diploma, bachelor or master studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering or comparable)
- Degree as industrial engineer
- Or comparable trainings, which make it possible to bear the title engineer
Content:
- The training is a combination of courses, internships and self-study. The self-study phase is completed by an online test. Modules 1-4 are additionally tested by an exam at the beginning of the following module. After the fifth module, the graduate writes a final thesis. The contents of the individual modules are discussed in more detail with the specialist engineer than with the specialist. After consultation, individual modules can be booked individually. The admission requirements still apply.
- 1st module: Basics of hydraulics (with exam)
- 2. module: stationary hydraulics (with exam)
- 3rd module: Mechatronics (with exam)
- 4th module: Mobile Hydraulics (with exam)
- 5th module: Functional Safety and Machinery Directive (with thesis)
