Hose lines expertise and laying
Description:
Hydraulic hose lines are components that are subject to natural aging. This means that it is a wearing part.
It is therefore important that these components are replaced before they fail, so that they do not lead to
unplanned downtimes or even personal injury. In order to guarantee this, a professional inspection at
specifi ed intervals is advisable. The participants should be familiarized with the safe handling of hydraulic
hose lines and the procedure for a professional test.
Target group:
- Individuals who, in accordance with BetrSichV and DGUV regulation 113-020, are to act as qualifi ed personnel for inspecting hydraulic hose lines
- Maintenance staff, fi tters, hydraulic service providers and hydraulic planners
- Occupational safety specialists, safety engineers
- Indoor and fi eld staff with direct relevance to the topic
Content:
- Manufacturing process, special stresses (e.g. mechanical stress, bending, chemical attack) specifi c requirements (e.g. dissipation)
- Decrypt the different manufacturer names to a general manufacturer-independent name according to DIN20066
